- 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience
- Strong programming experience with C/C++
- Experience developing software for real-time embedded systems
- Knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, and embedded architectures
- Experience with hardware/software integration and debugging
- Familiarity with source control and software development lifecycle best practices
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- Python or Verilog experience
- RTOS development experience
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
- Experience with FPGA-based systems
- Motor control, robotics, or automation experience
- Understanding of control systems and control algorithms
