Junior - Mid All Source Analyst | Fort Meade, MD | TS/SCI Required Warfighter AI, LLC
Contingent upon contract award | Starting range $150,000–$190,000
Warfighter AI, LLC is looking for an experienced All Source Analyst to join a mission-critical team at Fort Meade, MD support the DoW. In this role, you'll produce all-source intelligence products while helping drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools to modernize analytic workflows across unclassified and classified networks.
What you'll do:
- Fuse multi-INT data (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT) into clear, well-sourced intelligence assessments
- Brief and deliver analytic products to decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify intelligence gaps and coordinate with collection managers on strategy
- Champion the use of AI/ML tools to speed up analysis, automate triage, and enhance tradecraft on both classified and unclassified systems
- Partner with technical teams to test and integrate new AI-enabled analytic capabilities
What you bring:
- 5–8 years of All Source Analysis experience supporting DoW/IC customers
- Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph strongly preferred — candidates without one are still encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytic writing and briefing skills
- Genuine interest in applying AI/emerging tech to intelligence analysis
