The IT Experience and Enablement (ITxn) Site Operations team is hiring an Multi-Functional Info Systems Analyst Associate

What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties and other tasks as assigned:

• Partnering with Enterprise IT Core Services teams to manage the core infrastructure (servers/storage, HPC, network/telecom, Audio Visual, and desktop assets) for optimal uptime • Providing break fix activities requiring touch labor per applicable service level agreements • Providing annual hardware refresh activities • Deploying end user assets for new employees and interns • Providing audio/visual services requiring onsite presence

This role is fully onsite in Lufkin TX.  US Citizenship is required due to system access.

*Performs a variety of activities in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, computer application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines. *

Basic Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IT products and solutions
• Basic experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to support a flexible work schedule
• US Citizenship is required due to system access

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of IT Service Central ticketing system
• Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience
• Familiar with Colamco refresh process
• Ability to work Asset Track Inventory Control / Warehouse management

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $52400.00 - $97400.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
