Our client, a leading energy company, is hiring a Technical Lead in Andover, MA. This is a hybrid role 2x !
This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits!
This role provides technical leadership for enterprise web applications and digital platforms. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and help drive project delivery. The position combines hands-on React development with system-level technical leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead frontend architecture and development using React and TypeScript.
- Drive technical leadership and mentorship for a distributed development team.
- Support cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives including deployment and platform reliability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience including technical leadership.
- Advanced ReactJS and TypeScript expertise building enterprise applications.
- Cloud and DevOps experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
