As a BI developer senior on the People Analytics team, you’ll help build highly available, scalable cloud based data solutions that support HR customers by designing, maintaining, and optimizing data platforms that address complex challenges in data transformation, orchestration, replication, and the automation of manual processes. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions are both feasible and sustainable, serve as a subject matter expert providing insight driven recommendations. Additionally, this role offers opportunities for continuous growth through innovation, exposure to new challenges, and ongoing training. You’ll help influence both short and long term strategies for platform level solutions across the HR data ecosystem.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years related work experience with working knowledge of designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 2 years designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications.

Preferred skills

• Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, building data pipelines including ETL/ELT from various data sources.
• Proficient in data replication, orchestration, and transformation tools (HVR, Prefect, DBT, etc. or similar tech stack).
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing data workflows using AWS services (S3, Lambda) and managing scalable analytics solutions in Snowflake
• Programming experience with Python, C#, and related tech stacks, with familiarity in tools like Stratos and OpenShift, ), Terraform, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong SQL skills

Compensation

• $105,000-$132,000/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
