Required Skills & Experience
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- General knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware and PC operating systems is preferred
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service skills required
- A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals while supporting user accounts, security, and system groups. You will also install and upgrade hardware and software, work with vendors when needed, and support new employees with setup and training.
This is onsite 5 days a week in Stone Mountain, GA paying $20/hr.
Contract Duration: 3 Months with benefits
Daily Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repairing PCs, hardware, software, and peripherals
- Installing and setting up computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Supporting user accounts, security, passwords, and system access
