Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Consultant: Site Reliability Engineer, you will specialize in automating platform and infrastructure management tasks, ensuring seamless integration with application development workflows. By employing software development methodologies, you will build automation and monitoring solutions to support application functions, enhancing overall reliability and efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Automate Platform Management: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline platform and infrastructure management tasks, bridging the gap between application development and infrastructure management.

• Develop Monitoring Solutions: Employ software development methodologies to build monitoring solutions that support application functions, enhancing overall reliability and efficiency.

• Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with application development teams to ensure seamless integration of automation and monitoring solutions with application development workflows.

• Enhance Reliability: Develop strategies to enhance overall reliability and efficiency of application functions through automation and monitoring solutions.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a collaborative environment for continuous improvement, driving the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States of America.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in Automation: Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for platform and infrastructure management tasks, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies.

• Experience with Monitoring Solutions: A track record of building monitoring solutions that support application functions, with a focus on enhancing overall reliability and efficiency.

• Strategic Reliability Planning: Experience in developing strategies to enhance overall reliability and efficiency of application functions through automation and monitoring solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A history of successful collaboration with application development teams to ensure seamless integration of automation and monitoring solutions with application development workflows.

• Innovative Problem-Solving: Deep expertise in driving continuous improvement, with a focus on adopting best practices and innovative solutions to complex problems.

Preferred technical and professional experience
