How will you fit in the big picture?
As a Data Analyst, you will help drive product and business decisions through trusted, actionable analytics. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to transform complex data into meaningful insights, develop self-service reporting solutions, and support data quality across key business metrics. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys solving problems, enabling informed decision-making, and building scalable analytics capabilities.
What will you do?

Build, optimize, and maintain SQL and Python queries in Databricks to analyze large-scale product and business datasets.

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that surface key SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, NRR, product adoption, and feature utilization.

Contribute to the enterprise semantic layer by supporting consistent metric definitions, business logic, and governed access to reporting data.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to deliver analytics solutions, ad hoc analyses, and actionable recommendations.

Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable and trusted reporting.

Support self-service analytics capabilities that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering role.

Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Spark SQL, notebooks, and Delta Lake.

Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.

Experience supporting SaaS business metrics, product analytics, or operational reporting preferred.

Exposure to semantic layer concepts, data governance practices, and AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
