About the role We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium and C# to develop and maintain effective automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building robust automation frameworks and collaborating with multiple teams in an Agile environment.
In this role, you will • Analyze application requirements and identify suitable test automation scenarios. • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#. • Build and enhance automation frameworks using the Page Object Model and data-driven approaches. • Perform test execution, analyze results, and support the resolution of identified defects. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support quality objectives and successful project delivery.
Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Raleigh, NC. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. What you need to have to be considered • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium-based test automation. • Very good programming knowledge and practical experience in C#. • Experience designing or working with Page Object Model and data-driven automation frameworks. • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment. • Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
These will help you stand out • Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge. • Experience improving the maintainability, scalability, and reliability of automated test suites. • Ability to work effectively with multiple technical and business teams.
