Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong experience with C # and Java

• Experience building modern applications with React

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Experience with software design patterns

• Experience working within Agile environments

• CI/CD pipeline and automated deployment experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience serving as a technical lead or mentor

• Experience influencing software architecture decisions

• Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools

• DevOps and automation experience

• Application performance optimization experience
