Who we are

Collaborative. Respectful. A place to dream and do. These are just a few words that describe what life is like at Toyota. As one of the world’s most admired brands, Toyota is growing and leading the future of mobility through innovative, high-quality solutions designed to enhance lives and delight those we serve. We’re looking for talented team members who want to Dream. Do. Grow. with us.

An important part of the Toyota family is Toyota Financial Services (TFS), the finance and insurance brand for Toyota and Lexus in North America. While TFS is a separate business entity, it is an essential part of this world-changing company- delivering on Toyota's vision to move people beyond what's possible. At TFS, you will help create best-in-class customer experience in an innovative, collaborative environment.

Toyota does not offer support or sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this role now or in the future. You must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment (e.g., H-1B, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM, OPT, F-1 CPT, ‘job flexibility benefits’ [also known as I-140 or Adjustment of Status portability], etc.) now or in the future. You should not apply for this role if you will require Toyota to assist with immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.

We're looking for a Sr. Productivity Security Analyst — A detail-oriented and technically capable Senior Analyst of Productivity Security to support the protection of modern workforce technologies, including AI-driven productivity platforms, enterprise APIs, endpoint applications, and mobile environments. This role is responsible for executing security controls, conducting assessments, and supporting secure-by-design initiatives across productivity platforms. The Senior Analyst will work closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to operationalize protections, detect risk, and ensure consistent enforcement of security standards at scale.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute and maintain security controls across AI productivity platforms, enterprise APIs, endpoint applications, browsers, and mobile environments.
  • Support the implementation of AI security controls, including prompt protection monitoring, data leakage prevention (DLP), access controls, and policy enforcement.
  • Perform security assessments, control validations, and configuration reviews across AI workflows, APIs, endpoints, and mobile applications.
  • Assist in monitoring for misuse patterns and anomalous behavior in AI systems, APIs, and workforce technologies.
  • Support endpoint and browser security operations, including application control validation, privilege monitoring, policy enforcement, and configuration compliance.
  • Assist in mobile security operations, including MDM/MAM policy validation, app protection controls, and data handling enforcement.
  • Partner with engineering, security architecture, workplace technology, and product teams to drive secure-by-design adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools, enterprise applications, and digital workplace services
  • Contribute to threat modeling preparation, risk assessments, and documentation of findings and remediation tracking.
  • Validate adherence to security standards, guardrails, and best practices related to AI usage, APIs, and endpoint/mobile application security.
  • Support incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis for security events impacting productivity platforms.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting metrics, and evidence required for audit, compliance, and leadership reporting.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging threats, vulnerabilities, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting AI adoption, workforce productivity technologies, endpoint security, and enterprise data protection.
  • Provide technical mentorship and subject matter expertise on AI security, productivity platform security, endpoint protection, and mobile security strategies across the organization.
  • Influence security roadmap development by identifying strategic risks, recommending control enhancements, and aligning security capabilities with evolving business and technology objectives.

What you bring

  • Foundational understanding of AI security concepts, including data exposure risks, prompt misuse, and identity/access considerations.
  • Experience supporting endpoint security controls such as application allow listing, privilege management, or device configuration enforcement.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility concepts, including MDM/MAM and mobile application protection controls.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, document findings clearly, and support remediation efforts across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Working knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS Controls, and OWASP.

Added bonus if you have

  • Exposure to enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, internal GenAI tools, AWS Bedrock) or AI-related risk monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint or browser security tools (e.g., Intune, Defender, application control, browser isolation, or DLP).
  • Familiarity with API security tools or traffic inspection platforms.
  • Experience supporting control testing, audit evidence collection, or compliance validation in regulated environments.
  • Understanding of AI governance concepts, acceptable use policies, or enterprise security guardrails for AI adoption.
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, GSEC, AZ-500, or other foundational security certifications.
