Senior Software Test Engineer

Our client, a leading energy company, is hiring a Financial Data Analyst in Mountain View, CA**!**

This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!

In this role, you will develop and execute automated software tests using Python and Pytest to ensure the quality and reliability of EcoStruxure platform. You will manage testing frameworks and perform integration, performance, and scalability testing while collaborating with development teams to resolve defects and support CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python and Pytest to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Perform full stack integration testing along with performance, stress, and scalability testing across software platforms.
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks while identifying defects and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues within CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software testing with 6+ years in Python and Pytest.
• Experience with REST API testing and AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and Linux or Windows environments.
