We’re seeking a driven, dynamic team member for the role of Associate to join our Finance Team in Lake Mary, Florida. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time supporting AI delivery work across foundational and transformative initiatives. This is a strong fit for someone who combines structured analytical thinking with a willingness to get hands-on—someone who can help define solutions, test and refine them, and build lightweight prototypes and practical AI-enabled solutions using existing tools and platforms.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Translate Finance business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and solution designs for AI-enabled use cases, while supporting data preparation, source-to-agent mapping, and API integration work (e.g., Snowflake, Accounting Rules Engine, Apptio).
• Work hands-on across the AI delivery lifecycle by rapidly prototyping and iterating on solutions using BNY’s existing AI platform and approved tools—favoring pragmatic builds and experimentation before recommending net-new development.
• Help configure, assemble, and refine AI solutions, including prompts, workflows, decision logic, testing scenarios, and supporting components needed to move use cases from concept into working prototypes and production-ready tools.
• Design and execute business UAT, EQE, and performance testing for Finance AI agents prior to production release, and coordinate governance and model-risk documentation.
• Support production migration and change management for agents moving into production, and provide post-production monitoring, issue triage, and resolution.
• Track and apply evolving AI guidance, standards, and design patterns across in-flight delivery work, while maintaining shared documentation (process maps, data dictionaries, test-case libraries, runbooks) that builds reusable capability across future Finance AI agents.
• Drive adoption through brown-bags, prototype walkthroughs, user feedback sessions, and iteration loops that bring FP&A and Treasury teams along on the journey and ensure solutions are useful, usable, and used.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting the delivery of AI, automation, or data/analytics solutions—for example in business/systems analysis, configuration/implementation, or QA/testing—ideally within finance, operations, or a technology/consulting environment.
• Demonstrated track record of contributing to technology or AI solution delivery across the lifecycle—requirements, build/configuration, testing, and production rollout.
• Working proficiency with SQL and/or Python; comfort working with structured financial data.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and structured thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to AI/automation delivery—agentic AI, LLM-based tools, RPA, or similar.
• Prior experience at BNY, another financial institution, or a technology/consulting firm in an AI, automation, data, or technology-delivery capacity.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and functional requirements, and with UAT/QA testing and governance/model-risk documentation.
• Exposure to Power BI, Snowflake, or cloud data platforms; familiarity with change-management practices is a plus for specific rotations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AI/analytics, business analysis, Agile/Scrum) or equivalent coursework.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
