- Integrate data and AI to enable, automate, and optimize key processes such as risk identification, evaluation and selection, rating, and user experience for customers, agents, and underwriters

- Partner with engineering teams and technical leaders to ensure delivery of robust, high-quality technical solutions, including the use of AI tooling in the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand and document solution requirements and align business and technology roadmaps
- Influence the roadmap and architecture of Chubb’s global platforms to enable new capabilities and align with business needs
- Research and prototype emerging technologies that advance digital transformation
- Ensure alignment and compliance with Chubb technology platform roadmaps, architectural principles, and standards
- Provide architectural leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams and peer architects

- 5+ years of experience developing solution architecture designs for cloud-native and hybrid applications, with Azure preferred; cloud certifications are a plus
- 3+ years of experience working in agile organizations, collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and other key Business, Operations, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders in a Scaled Agile framework
- Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred. An understanding of insurance business domains, especially in the commercial property and casualty space, is highly desirable
- Ability to guide and mentor development teams on sound design and coding principles, along with best practices in integration, API and microservices, resiliency, data and application security, DevOps, and cloud
