  • Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, including migration strategies from legacy and competing platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, Shopify Plus, and custom-built solutions.

  • Guide custom extension development, module architecture, and integrations with ERP, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, tax engines, and logistics providers.

  • Drive performance optimization and scalability initiatives, including caching strategies, catalog indexing, checkout improvements, and readiness for high-volume traffic.

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and V0/Vercel to create intelligent workflows, agents, automation, and development accelerators that improve delivery efficiency and code quality.

  • Mentor engineers and application architects, sharing best practices in Adobe Commerce development, extension standards, and modern enterprise architecture.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Commerce and Magento 2 architecture, customization, and implementation.

  • Strong experience with headless and composable commerce architectures, including PWA Studio, Adobe Commerce Storefront, GraphQL APIs, React, and Next.js.
