Ready to turn classroom knowledge into real-world experience? Suncore is seeking a motivated intern to support daily operations, estimating, and project coordination while learning from experienced industry leaders on our ready-mix concrete team in Caldwell, ID.

Hours are flexible depending on school schedule.

What You'll Do

• Support location managers with daily operations and process improvements.

• Prepare material quotes, project submittals, and material samples.

• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with logistics.

• Enter job data into estimating software and track material quantities for billing.

• Learn construction materials operations, estimating, and project coordination.

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Foundational construction industry knowledge.

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage priorities, work with budgets, and meet deadlines.
