Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What's in it for you:

As the Independent Fulfillment Analyst, you provide approval, transactional, and first-level process support for Trane’s Independent Sales Offices as they deploy into the WorkSight environment, with primary responsibility for Reimbursement processing, Case Management L2 approvals, and LSRA approvals.


Working closely with Independent Sales Offices, you support operational execution and serve as a first-level process and project financial resource, ensuring transactions and approvals are accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.


The role requires the ability to perform routine transactional and administrative activities with consistency and accuracy, while also applying financial knowledge and professional judgment to more complex approvals, validations, and escalations.

This role can sit out of any Commercial sales office


What you will do:

  • Enable the execution of administrative processes associated with the Independent deployment in WorkSight. This includes, but is not limited to, Reimbursements, Case Management, and LSRA.
  • Understand, apply, and explain core Equipment Fulfillment concepts, including Revenue Policy, LSRA, Rebalance, Forecast, and the impacts of scope changes on margin, revenue recognition, commission and other areas of the business.
  • Leverage business process standards and best practices for Equipment Fulfillment to drive a culture of  standardized work across the Independent organization within your scope of responsibility.
  • Actively communicate with Independent teams and provide first-level support and coaching when rework is required; execute judgement when escalation for more advanced coaching is required.

Reimbursement Process:

  • Review, analyze and process reimbursement requests per documented policies and procedures. This includes managing the Reimbursement Dashboard, processing iProcurement requisitions, creating 3-way receipts, and validating submitted invoices for accuracy.
  • Case Management: Act as the L2 Approver to review, analyze and administer cases, inclusive of Product Returns and Credits. Validate and verify accuracy of process for submitted cases, confirming if PO addendums or other financial actions on the project are required.
  • LSRA Approvals: Review, analyze and process LSRA requests per documented polices and procedures. This includes review of financial impact and project scope to validate appropriateness of the request.     ****

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Sales, Order Management, Equipment Fulfillment, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Project Administration, Claims Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • Communicates information effectively to different stakeholder groups. Writes and speaks clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships; ability to influence action in others through effective communication.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex concepts to others to drive their understanding and application of those concepts.
  • Adherence to guided policies and standards, and the ability to apply understanding of policies to support problem solving, coaching, or escalation.
  • Proficient level of understanding of the processes and standards associated with the Equipment Fulfillment business. (preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge of order fulfillment and the customer experience associated with HVAC systems, building automation systems and turnkey projects. (preferred)
