This role will also lead enterprise SG&A insights and analysis, developing a deeper understanding of the company’s cost structure, historical spending patterns, emerging trends, and areas where spend may be optimized, redeployed, increased, or reduced.
The Manager will partner across Corporate FP&A, Human Resources, functional Finance teams, Procurement, Accounting, and business leaders to translate financial information into actionable insights and recommendations that support resource allocation, cost discipline, investment decisions, and sustainable operating leverage.
This role requires strong business partnership, analytical capability, financial judgment, and communication skills, with the ability to move between detailed financial analysis and executive-level insights and recommendations.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

- Provide financial partnership to Human Resources, supporting workforce planning and developing a detailed understanding of corporate payroll, benefits, headcount, compensation, vacancies, hiring assumptions, and other workforce-related cost drivers.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial decisions, incremental spending needs, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs, helping align resources with business priorities and enterprise financial objectives.
- Lead financial planning and analysis for assigned operating expenses and major cost categories, developing a detailed understanding of the operational and financial drivers underlying spend.
- Develop enterprise SG&A insights and analysis that identify historical trends, structural changes in the cost base, recurring and non-recurring spend, and areas of emerging cost pressure or opportunity.
- Perform targeted deep-dive analyses across SG&A categories and functions to understand how spending has evolved, what is driving growth, and where additional management attention or action may be warranted.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce, avoid, redeploy, or selectively increase SG&A spend, developing fact-based recommendations that balance cost discipline with strategic and operational priorities.
- Partner with Procurement, functional Finance teams, and business leaders to evaluate major expense categories and spending patterns, leveraging financial and business information to identify opportunities and inform financial decisions.
- Develop leadership materials and executive-level storytelling that clearly communicate SG&A trends, cost drivers, opportunities, trade-offs, and recommended actions, translating detailed analysis into clear decision points.
- Develop tools, analytical frameworks, and repeatable approaches that improve the organization’s ability to understand its cost structure, evaluate spending decisions, and create operating leverage over time.
