Process client fee payments: Process client fee payments and prepare the required reconciliation while handling all exception-based transactions.
-
Reconcile client trust accounts: Prepare monthly client trust account reconciliations.
-
Investigate and resolve: Track, research, and resolve exception-based transactions while developing your problem-solving instincts.
-
Work with AI and technology: Help build and improve finance operations workflows and system integrations—using AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and speed up reporting. Assist in the testing of system changes and new or revised reports.
-
Support our clients: Address and respond to client requests, including ad hoc reporting requests and recovery-related questions or issues.
-
Collaborate and support leadership: Build relationships across the Finance team and partner with other departments to get work done.

-

-
Self-management skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and to multi-task and work independently as you grow into the role.
