  • Identify patterns, clusters, and emerging fraud trends across cases; produce concise intelligence briefs and actionable lead summaries for the team.
  • Support the Law Enforcement National Support Group

  • Maintain job aids, templates, and quick-reference guides; provide onboarding support through shadowing/office hours as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in fraud operations, investigations support, intelligence analysis, financial crimes support, or a similar analytical/production environment.
  • Minimum two years working with credit card fraud accounts.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect facts, identify linkages, and build clear, defensible timelines and summaries.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to produce consistent, law-enforcement-ready drafts (for investigator review/sign-off).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with investigators and cross-functional partners and incorporate feedback to improve output quality.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience preparing investigative documentation packages (chronologies, exhibit indexes, transaction summaries, linkage narratives).
