Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join an acute/academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in both acute care and outpatient settings, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in acute and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Licensure: Current NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Experience in acute care & outpatient settings (required)

Technical Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork
