The Scheduler schedules all surgical procedures utilizing the Rescue OR scheduling program, by coordinating surgeon need with the availability of OR staff and equipment to best utilize the operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Schedules surgical procedures on Rescue OR Program
• Communicates Special needs to Appropriate Staff/Personnel
• Performs Clerical Duties for Surgical Services.

Education:

• Required: HS diploma

Experience:

• Required: computer, microsoft word, excel, scheduling programs
