THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT LAVONIA GEORGIA

A LPN Practical Nurse carries out routine patient care assignments, performs venipuncture, and administers fluids and certain approved drugs intravenously, functions competently as a Primary Nurse, and contributes to the initiation implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process under direct supervision.

Position Requirements:

Licensure/ Certification /Registration: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia. BLS certification thru American Heart Association required

****Education: ****   Must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.

****Experience: ****Experience Preferred.
