The Role

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) at Serenity Falls Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic services to clients facing various mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans and facilitate therapeutic sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for healing and growth.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to clients in need.

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Advocate for clients and provide resources to support their mental health journey.

What We're Looking For

• Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).

• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques.
