Job Description:

Schedule: PRN as needed on days or nights. Orientation is Monday-Friday dayshift for the first 2 weeks, no exception on schedule.

Shift: Days or Nights 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Location: Covering our Stuart F Meyer Inpatient Unit, Palm Coast

  • Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participates in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Assesses and reassesses patient needs regularly to provide appropriate care.
  • Educates patients and families on plan of care and any changes to it.
  • Delivers critical nursing care to patients with complex health issues.
  • Manages end-of-life care issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Administers and manages medications accurately and safely.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1+ years acute or hospice care experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$31.85 - $52.76 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
