The Clinical Experience:

You won’t just be passing meds; you will be a core pillar of a highly specialized recovery team. Working closely alongside PT, OT, and Speech Therapy, you will manage complex, high-acuity cases—including stroke recovery, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and spinal cord injuries.

• 3x12 Night Shifts: Enjoy the autonomy of the night shift and get 4 full days off every week to enjoy Madison's lakes and trails.
• Skill Building: Master complex IVs, lab draws, and blood administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Support: Work alongside dedicated Charge Nurses and support staff who are in the trenches with you.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.

Additional requirements include:

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
