Summary of Job Duties:

Help shape the learning experience for future pharmacists! As a Student Employee/Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support teaching and learning across College of Pharmacy (COP) PharmD courses, including the new first-year (P1) curriculum launching this fall. This role offers an opportunity to share your knowledge, strengthen your leadership skills, and help fellow students succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in UAMS College of Pharmacy or other college program and student must be selected as a Student Employee/TA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assist with grading.
  • Support student success through tutoring and supplemental instruction.
  • Assist with developing course materials and learning resources.
  • Facilitate active learning activities in the classroom.
  • Proctor examinations and assist with laboratory activities.

Salary Information:
