Summary: Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Lane Instructor to support specialized military medical training for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The position focuses on supervising practical medical training lanes, conducting tactical casualty care scenarios, and evaluating student performance in realistic training environments.
Requirements:

Relevant medical qualifications and practical experience in tactical or emergency medical care.

Experience supporting medical training exercises, simulation-based instruction, or tactical training scenarios.

Knowledge of casualty assessment, trauma management, and prolonged field care procedures.

Ability to supervise practical exercises and assess student performance safely and effectively.
Duties:

Conduct and supervise practical medical training lanes and tactical scenarios.

Demonstrate emergency medical procedures and casualty care techniques.

Evaluate student performance during hands-on medical exercises.

Prepare training stations, simulation equipment, and medical supplies.

Provide instructional feedback and support exercise safety procedures.
