Clinical Responsibilities

·        Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

·        Provide individual, family, and group therapy services

·        Complete intake and diagnostic assessments utilizing DSM-5-TR criteria

·        Develop accurate diagnoses and evidence-based treatment recommendations

·        Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate to client needs

·        Assess and monitor symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and suicidal ideation

·        Conduct crisis assessments and intervention sessions as needed

·        Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions to ensure clinical goals are achieved

·        Complete all documentation in accordance with Thrive policies and timelines

·        Maintain compliance with signed Employment Agreement

Qualifications

·        Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

·        Active, unrestricted full licensure in Counseling or Social Work in the State of South Carolina

·        Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations

·        Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

·        Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to manage a consistent caseload while maintaining documentation standards
