What we're looking for

Applicants should hold a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Tennessee and have a bachelor's degree.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required (Available Upon Hire)
• Master's or Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree preferred
