This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with people, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day staffing operations at a large client account, including employee check-in, attendance, reporting, and general onsite support

  • Serve as the primary recruiter for the account, working with the local branch when additional recruiting support is needed

  • Build strong relationships with both client contacts and employees working onsite

  • Handle employee questions, concerns, and day-to-day issues and work to resolve them quickly

  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding process to ensure company and client requirements are met

  • Complete weekly compliance checks, including background checks, drug screens, I-9s, and E-Verify

  • Maintain accurate employee and account information in our systems

  • Track performance and staffing KPIs to make sure goals and client expectations are being met

  • Gather employee referrals and help maintain a strong talent pipeline

  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and increase our staffing presence

  • Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews and help communicate account results

  • Partner with the branch team and attend branch huddles, including at least one in-person huddle each week

  • Assist with hiring and training internal team members supporting the account

  • Assist with onsite financial goals and collections as needed

  • Provide a weekly summary of account activity, staffing, and performance to your manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Comfortable working onsite and on an overnight schedule

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once

  • Dependable and comfortable working independently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm when things get busy

  • Comfortable working directly with both clients and employees

  • Previous staffing, recruiting, operations, customer service, or people-management experience is a plus
