  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies that generate diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill capabilities.
  • Partner directly with senior and executive leaders to understand business priorities, organizational strategies, talent gaps, and evolving workforce needs.
  • Utilize direct sourcing, professional networking, talent mapping, market research, and proactive pipelining techniques to identify and engage high-caliber passive talent.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing labor market insights, competitive intelligence, talent trends, and candidate market perspectives that inform hiring and workforce decisions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Technology, Service & Operations organization, including critical talent segments, emerging capabilities, and business priorities, to anticipate hiring needs and proactively develop talent solutions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and business leaders to support candidate assessment, compensation discussions, and offer strategy.
  • Effectively communicate Ameriprise’s employee value proposition and compensation philosophy to candidates, facilitating successful offer negotiations and acceptance.
  • Consult with hiring leaders on selection strategies, candidate assessment, interview practices, and recruiting approaches to support high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations, company policies, and affirmative action requirements while developing recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Leverage recruiting data, market intelligence, and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and influence talent acquisition and business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition and lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent mapping, and proactive recruiting strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines and critical talent capabilities across Technology, Service & Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior-level and executive leaders and provide coaching and consultation throughout the selection process.
