About the job
The Product and Design Learning function is dedicated to building the product management and product design capabilities that strengthen how our teams work across the organization. Delivering a comprehensive approach, converting complex business needs into practical programs, resources, and learner experiences tailored to the audiences it serves. This role requires that you have a strong emphasis on learning design, facilitation, and program management, as well as the ability to forge collaborative partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization. The function operates using product methods, constantly striving for improvement, fast iterations, data-centric decisions, and collaboration across the franchise.
As the Learning Lead III within the Product Management and Product Design Talent segment, you will shape the future of JPMorganChase by building the capabilities that strengthen how our teams manage and design products. You will develop and deliver learning experiences that convert complex business needs into practical programs, resources, events, and learner journeys — coordinating stakeholders, moving work from concept through launch, and continuously improving offerings using learner feedback and performance data.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute product and design learning programs aligned with established capability priorities and business needs.
• Manage workshops, learning journeys, cohort programs, self-paced resources, and events from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain facilitator guides, presentations, activities, digital resources, job aids, and learner communications.
• Translate product management, product design, customer experience, and AI topics into clear, practical learning content.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions that include hands-on practice, peer learning, and real-world application.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Technology, Learning, and subject matter experts to define requirements, validate content, and complete reviews.
• Maintain delivery plans, timelines, documentation, and status updates; identify risks and follow through on actions.
• Support learning campaigns, speaker sessions, office hours, communities of practice, and other engagement activities.
• Use generative AI and emerging learning tools to improve content development, learner practice, and team efficiency.
• Track participation, learner feedback, repeat engagement, confidence, and application; use findings to improve programs.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Learning Experience Design, Talent Development, Product Management, Product Design, Program Management, or a related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences for professional audiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, program management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable learning content.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, reviews, and dependencies.
• Working knowledge of product development, customer-centered practices, and human-centered design.
• Experience using learner feedback and program data to improve offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Product Management, Product Design, User Experience, Customer Experience, Innovation, or Technology audiences.
• Experience creating workshops, cohort programs, blended learning journeys, or digital learning resources.
• Experience with generative AI tools and AI-enabled learning approaches.
• Familiarity with agile practices, discovery, experimentation, roadmap planning, and design thinking.
• Experience supporting enterprise learning programs, events, campaigns, or communities of practice.
Success in This Role
• Programs are delivered on time with clear coordination and consistent quality.
• Learning content is practical, accurate, engaging, and relevant to product and design work.
• Learners participate, return, and apply what they learn.
• Stakeholders receive clear updates and reliable follow-through.
• Feedback and data lead to visible improvements in the learner experience.
