Human Resources InternshipRC Willey is looking for a part-time 20-25 hours per week HR Intern to assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to phone calls regarding a variety of human resource related questionsAssist in processing applications and other pre-employment documentsFile various human resource documentsPrepare documents for scanning into our systems (experience with Docuware is a huge plus!)Observe employee relations issues as they ariseCheck employment referencesAssist department with a wide variety of Human Resources and administrative responsibilitiesAll other duties as assigned Skills and QualificationsMust be outgoing, friendly, and able to engage others in conversation on the phone, in person, and onlineMust be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and able to learn new software programs quicklyMust be detail-oriented, accurate in maintaining records and electronic filing systems, and have the ability to maintain confidentialityMust be dependable, organized, and professional with the ability to work without supervisionMust be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision Ready to join the team?  Working with us is more than just a paycheck– it’s about being part of an organization that values connection and community.
