- JD (or equivalent) plus admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience advising digital platform, ad tech, or online commerce businesses, either in-house or at a leading law firm.
- Experience in drafting or negotiating platform distribution or ad tech agreements.
- Experience with analyzing and applying U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations (e.g., federal and state UDAP, digital platform, and AI laws, EU DSA, EU DMA, EU AI Act, UK CMA guidance, etc.).
- Prior legal experience in-house or with a large national or international law firm.
- A get-it-done attitude where no task is too big or too small for you to take on.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a team-first approach.
