As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned partner enablement activities on time and within budget. This includes communicating with sales and partners, as well as the marketing team. In this role, you will manage the enablement schedule and assist with the execution of partner vendor fairs. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Meet with internal stakeholders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional partners to understand event goals, audience needs, key messages, desired outcomes, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Outline and manage event timelines, milestones, project plans, deliverables, and key decision points from planning through post-event wrap-up.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, hotel room blocks, attendee communications, registration, transportation, food and beverage, AV, staffing, gifting, shipping, onsite materials, and event supplies.
  • Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience planning corporate meetings, internal events, conferences, leadership meetings, incentive travel programs, or destination-based events.

  • Experience with conference planning, incentive travel, hotel and venue management, DMC partnerships, production partners, and executive-level event logistics preferred.

  • Strong understanding of attendee experience, agenda flow, run-of-show planning, executive/VIP logistics, onsite operations, and post-event follow-through.

  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, shifting priorities, detailed timelines, vendor relationships, and complex logistics with a high level of organization and professionalism.

  • Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.

But what really sets us apart are our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony, which guide everything we do, from building relationships with teammates, partners, and clients to making a positive impact in our communities.
