Job Description:
Business Manager
Role Summary: Business Manager are responsible for supporting the day-to-day business and creative operations while becoming trusted client partners. They balance executional excellence with a foundation of key communication skills and growing strategic acumen, ensuring work delivers against client objectives and business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day client relationships and project management across brands or initiatives
- Develop strong understanding of the client’s business model, agricultural brands, and category dynamics
- Support project execution, workflow management, timelines, status document responsibility, and communication across teams; specifically paid media creative development and trafficking and organic social media
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities or risks
- Steward of quality of work and clear communication in order to ensure alignment to strategic and creative objectives
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to own client and internal deliverables with a detail-oriented approach
- Build collaborative relationships across agency partners and disciplines, specifically strategy, social and creative teams
- Contribute to discussions and creative development processes
- Build foundational understanding of traditional and digital media, reporting data, and audience ecosystems
- Reports to Business Director and contributes to development of agency interns as appropriate

- Build operational and independent management capabilities
- Increase ownership of integrated projects and cross-functional collaboration

$60-$90
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
