About the job

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of strategic customer marketing initiatives that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver targeted campaigns that strengthen relationships and position Honeywell as an industry leader.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Customer Marketing,  and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty by leveraging your expertise in market analysis and customer insights to develop innovative marketing strategies. Your leadership will foster a high-performing team culture that drives continuous improvement and business success.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and providing coaching and feedback for development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets

Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
