  • Write persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales materials that clearly communicate innovative marketing concepts and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive handoff materials for post-sale teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Analyze client, category, and industry research, insights, and marketplace trends to inform strategic recommendations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Hearst to lead client-facing marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with advertisers, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all marketing programs maintain the highest standards of brand integrity, creative excellence, and executional quality.
  • Serve as a strategic leader by proactively identifying opportunities, competitive insights, and innovative ideas that position Hearst ahead of the marketplace and help preempt the RFP process.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Proven success leading both the strategic development and execution of pharmaceutical marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketplace, including Rx direct-to-consumer advertising.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding copywriting, presentation, and storytelling abilities with experience developing persuasive client proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with strong passion, accountability, and drive for results.
  • Familiarity with Hearst editorial brands and how they create value for pharmaceutical marketers is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Keynote.
  • This is a fully remote position.
