About the job
At Apple, we focus deeply on our customers’ experience. Apple Ads brings this same approach to advertising, helping people find exactly what they’re looking for and helping advertisers grow their businesses. Our technology powers ads and sponsorships across Apple Services, including the App Store, Apple News, and MLS Season Pass. Everything we do is designed for trust, connection, and impact: We respect user privacy, integrate advertising thoughtfully into the experience, and deliver value for advertisers of all sizes—from small app developers to big, global brands. Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support the execution of advertising campaigns and sponsorships across Apple’s Ad Sales business. In this role you’ll partner closely with Account Managers and Client Partners to help bring campaigns to life—from pre-sale planning through post-campaign reporting—while building the foundational skills to grow into a full Account Manager. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team, learn the business from the ground up, and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of Apple ads.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers and Client Partners in developing media plans and preparing RFP responses across display, video, and sponsorship packages.
- Assist with campaign setup, asset collection, operations/ trafficking coordination, and campaign delivery by coordinating with internal Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
- Help manage insertion orders, creative approvals, and asset delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.
- Monitor campaign pacing and flag delivery issues early, partnering with the team to resolve them.
- Compile in-flight and post-campaign reporting, collaborating with Account Manager to translate performance data into clear insights for clients.
- Serve as a reliable day-to-day point of support for internal partners and, over time, for agencies and clients.
- Uphold Apple’s high standards of service, creativity, and execution in every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years of directly applicable experience in digital media, advertising, or a client-facing sales, operations, or service function.
- Foundational knowledge of digital advertising, with an eagerness to develop media planning and account management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or similar tools, and comfort working with numbers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client service and internal collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive self-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to media planning, sales, or ad operations systems (e.g., OperativeOne, Freewheel, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to work across internal teams to help move projects forward.
- Curiosity about data and a willingness to use it to inform decisions and spot opportunities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
