About the job

Shape the future of advisor-led marketing at one of the world's most trusted financial institutions — where your strategic vision and relationship-building skills will directly fuel growth for thousands of clients.

As a Vice President, Field Marketing at JPMorganChase within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's Field Marketing team, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for our high net worth channel, a network of approximately 600 advisors serving affluent and high-net-worth clients across the country. You will serve as the primary marketing partner for your assigned advisors, guiding them with data-driven insights, personalized marketing support, and hands-on consultation to help them grow their practices. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship management, and execution — offering you the opportunity to make a measurable impact on advisor success and business growth. You will collaborate across digital, content, social media, and public relations teams while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the evolution of the broader Field Marketing function.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and execute the marketing coverage strategy for a high net worth channel, serving as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned advisors across the country
  • Lead data-driven advisor consultations, marketing assessments, and tool and resource demonstrations that translate into actionable growth strategies
  • Manage advisor meeting cadence, outreach tracking, and follow-through to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing support across the channel
  • Oversee advisor business reporting and marketing history analysis to prepare the team for key advisor meetings and leadership reviews
  • Build and maintain dashboards and channel performance reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Guide the maintenance of intake forms, collateral databases, and recertification timelines for bios, photography, and marketing materials
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across digital, social media, content, and public relations to drive advisor email, newsletter, and engagement initiatives
  • Mentor Associates on the team, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects and new program development that advance the Field Marketing function across the broader organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Field Marketing concepts and 7+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex marketing projects or client and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Proven data fluency with the ability to translate metrics and reporting into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt style and approach for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similarly regulated industry
  • Familiarity with advisor-facing or client-facing marketing programs, including personalized collateral, digital presence, or pitch materials
  • Experience building or refining reporting dashboards and channel performance frameworks
  • Background in cross-functional marketing collaboration across digital, content, or social media teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to new program development and strategic initiatives within a large, matrixed organization
