What You'll Do

• Lead and support the marketing team to increase referrals and community awareness

• Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources

• Develop and implement regional marketing and business development strategies

• Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and census goals

• Create marketing materials and assist with promotional initiatives

• Analyze market opportunities and identify areas for expansion

• Support admissions and referral development efforts

• Travel to agency locations and community events as needed

• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience

• Home Health or Hospice marketing experience required

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare professionals

• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services

• Basic computer and technology proficiency
