It is at the core of how we operate and the reason for our success. We're moving with urgency to become a Next Gen Good Neighbor, with technology that strengthens human connections and enhances the customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Business Storyteller in Agency Channel Performance, you'll turn complex business information into clear, compelling stories that help audiences understand what's happening, why it matters and what comes next. You'll work alongside business leaders and cross-functional partners to uncover insights, connect the dots and shape narratives that drive understanding, alignment and action. No two days will look quite the same. One day, you may be consulting with an executive to sharpen a strategic message; the next, synthesizing ambiguous or evolving business information into a cohesive story, developing a leadership presentation or translating a complex initiative into an engaging visual experience. Across every assignment, you'll bring curiosity, critical thinking and an audience-first mindset—asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions and finding the story that matters most.

Successful Business Storytellers combine strategic consultation, analytical synthesis, narrative development and creative communication with the ability to bring stories to life across multiple mediums. A successful candidate in this role will be equally comfortable shaping an executive talk track, developing messaging and written content, and creating visual experiences through presentations, infographics and digital platforms.

We are also seeking candidate who embrace AI as a creative and productivity partner, knowing when and how to use emerging tools to accelerate research, synthesis, writing and design—while applying your own judgment, originality and insight to ensure the final story is accurate, authentic and meaningful. Ultimately, your value isn't simply in the content you create, but in your ability to make the complex understandable, the important memorable and the story actionable.
