About the job
Overview
As a Senior Designer for campaign and culture at Poppi, you are a creative force behind how we show up, launch, and get talked about. You design and guide the visual execution of influencer mailers, swag, and brand tentpole moments, from idea to asset. Your work spans digital and physical, from a scroll-stopping social moment to a custom-produced mailer to in-house Poppi merch.
You don't just design. You ideate, craft, and follow your work through to production. You bring fresh ideas and a high bar for execution to every brief, working closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to shape concepts and bring them to life. You partner with vendors, influencers, partners, and internal teams across fast-moving, multi-workstream programs, and you're confident presenting your work and talking through your thinking with cross-functional partners.
You think in brand systems, move with urgency, and care about craft at every touchpoint. You are deeply fluent in pop culture and the visual world of the Poppi consumer, and you translate cultural instinct into brand-right creative that earns attention, drives impact, and builds the brand.
