Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Join us for an exciting opportunity at Albertsons Companies, where innovation and customer service go hand-in-hand!
At Albertsons Companies, we are looking for someone who’s not just seeking a job, but someone who wants to make an impact. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth of a company that values great service and lasting customer relationships. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving.
What you will be doing
The Enterprise Media team at Albertsons Companies is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and business growth through integrated media strategies across Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Organic Social, and Influencer Marketing. We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead cross-channel media strategies that connect customers with our brands in meaningful ways while delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of paid, earned, and influencer media. As Albertsons continues to evolve toward a more integrated social media approach, this leader will help break down channel silos, ensuring media strategies are developed with a customer-first mindset rather than a channel-first perspective. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in influencer marketing, performance media, agency management, and cross-functional leadership to connect enterprise priorities across social, media, creative, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
-
Lead integrated media strategies across Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Organic Social, and Influencer Marketing to support enterprise business objectives.
-
Serve as the primary bridge between the Organic Social team and Paid Media team, ensuring coordinated planning, messaging, audience strategies, and measurement frameworks.
-
Own and evolve the enterprise influencer marketing strategy, including campaign development, creator partnerships, platform innovation, and performance measurement.
-
Develop customer-centric media plans that leverage paid, organic, and influencer channels cohesively to deliver incremental business impact.
-
Manage relationships with media and influencer agency partners, ensuring strategic alignment, accountability, and performance optimization.
-
Use analytics, audience insights, and measurement tools to evaluate media effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
-
Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, balancing business priorities, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
-
Partner with Creative, Analytics, Brand Marketing, Pharmacy Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Media, and Operations teams to drive integrated go-to-market strategies.
-
Drive innovation through testing, learning, and adoption of emerging media and influencer opportunities.
-
Communicate performance, recommendations, and strategic direction to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
-
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect business objectives, customer insights, and media strategy across channels.
-
Strong collaborator who can influence and effectively navigate complex cross-functional organizations.
-
Deep understanding of how paid, owned, earned, and influencer channels work together throughout the customer journey.
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
-
Customer-first mindset with the ability to challenge channel-specific approaches in favor of integrated solutions
-
Strong leadership skills with experience managing both direct reports and indirect resources, including agency teams, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
-
Demonstrated success developing agency partnerships that drive innovation, accountability, and business impact.
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
-
8-10 plus years of marketing experience with significant experience across Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and/or Influencer Marketing.
-
Demonstrated expertise developing and executing influencer marketing programs at scale, including creator selection, content strategy, contracts, measurement, and optimization.
-
Experience leading multi-channel media programs across channels such as Paid Social, Display, Video, Search, and Influencer Marketing.
-
Experience serving as a bridge between social, brand, and performance marketing teams to create integrated customer experiences.
-
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, audience strategy, and media measurement.
-
Agency experience strongly preferred, combined with in-house brand marketing experience.
-
Proven agency management experience, including oversight of media, influencer, and creative agency partners.
-
Experience managing large budgets and complex cross-functional initiatives.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
-
Experience identifying and implementing emerging media opportunities, new platform capabilities, creator partnerships, and innovative testing frameworks to drive competitive advantage.
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
