About the job

As a part of the broader Apple TV marketing organization, our team's purpose is to build big word of mouth, conversation, fandoms, and love for our brand, titles, sports, and talent. This role leads Apple TV content creator, influencer, and social talent work to connect our brand to culture through trusted voices. If you are an advanced professional and extraordinary leader who is highly plugged into the internet and popular culture this could be an ideal opportunity. We need someone that can keep a finger on the pulse of conversation across entertainment, pop culture, and brands, and know what it means to listen, participate, and spark thoughtful discussions with fans through content creation.

This role leads Apple TV creator and influencer programs, responsible for day-to-day management of influencer strategy in addition to developing tailored, creator-led approaches and programs that deliver strong creative and clear ROI from concept through execution, across title and brand projects. You bring deep expertise in the influencer landscape and content creator management, a seasoned storyteller’s instinct, and a cutting-edge understanding of internet culture, short-form video, memes, and zeitgeist content, paired with the rigor to demonstrate real business impact. As a part of the broader Apple TV Social Marketing team, you sit at the intersection of creator strategy, program management, and creative accountability, building and conceptualizing creator-led formats across titles and programming to deepen audience engagement with Apple TV, while ensuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Creator & Influencer Strategy
  • Build and conceptualize creator-led formats across titles and programming to increase audience engagement with Apple TV and across social channels, ensuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative

  • Manage influencer strategy and output across multiple campaigns, working with internal and external partners to ensure creative excellence and business impact
  • Manage, drive, and develop creator programs and creative strategy across internal and external creative partners and agencies
  • Provide direction, oversight, and leadership to project teams. Guide, evaluate, and direct work from concept through execution
  • Take initiative to execute work and elevate it, building on briefs, evolving ideas, and driving projects forward with strategic and creative ownership
  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Interact internally and externally, working with marketing teams across the business to educate and integrate creator and influencer strategy with broader marketing efforts
  • Provide meaningful contributions to the cross-functional marketing team. Develop strong, productive peer relationships across a highly matrixed organization

  • Use data to inform strategy and innovation, developing and reporting against key KPIs and success metrics to drive business goals
  • Implement highly complex initiatives for Apple TV marketing that require comprehensive analysis; analyze and recommend the best course of action
  • Operate independently, needing only occasional guidance in complex or new areas; determine methods and procedures on projects, and may coordinate the activities of other employees

  • Established network of relationships across the creator, talent, athlete, and representation landscape.
