We have over 60 years’ investment experience and today work with more than 550 institutions from 27 different countries. Our organization is committed to providing clients with superior risk-adjusted returns across a variety of both commingled and custom investment strategies reflecting core, value add and development private real estate, core mortgage and higher yield debt origination and management, and publicly traded CMBS and REIT strategies.

We are looking for a Private Market Product Support Specialist to support marketing and distribution efforts worldwide. As part of the PrinREI Marketing team, the Specialist will work closely with the real estate product specialists, product development, portfolio managers, and members of PGI’s marketing and global distribution teams to create marketing collateral, content, and communications to support efforts related to capital raising and client service globally.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, translating investment information into polished materials, and serving as a dependable partner when deadlines are tight.

  • Support sales and client meetings by tracking requests, coordinating agendas and attendance, confirming the right presenters and strategies, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Prepare and distribute performance and analytical reports that support capital raising, consultant engagement, and client service.
  • Respond to ad-hoc questions about investment strategies and funds, connecting partners with the right information and subject matter experts.
  • Organize and maintain collateral, formatted commentary, reports, thought leadership, contact lists, CRM records, and virtual data rooms.
  • Help improve scalable processes for maintaining collateral, tracking work, and delivering materials on time.
  • Support product launches, fundraising activity, quarterly update calls, RFP/DDQ requests, investor tracking, and internal sales communications as assigned.
  • Contribute to other communications and projects that support Principal Real Estate staff and business priorities.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus previous internship or work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand investment-related terminology and apply it accurately to communication and marketing materials.
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, project management, decision-making, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, planning, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to manage expectations, balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate progress or risks promptly.
  • High degree of integrity and commitment to ethical, compliant, and customer-focused work.

Skills that will help you stand out

  • Knowledge of financial-services markets, institutional investment products, real estate investments, or asset management.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams or supporting client-facing professionals.
  • Strong working capability in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as exposure to Salesforce
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or business units.
  • Experience leading projects, workstreams, or calls, even without formal people-management responsibility.
