Job Description:

**PRN as needed

• Sets up and adjust all cardiac imaging equipment and manually maneuver transducers to perform exams.
• Implements safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures.
• Performs routine and complex studies and assists physicians in various imaging procedures.
• Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations.
• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Participates in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Other duties as assigned.**

Education:

**- Associate [Preferred]

• Bachelor's [Preferred]**

Work Experience:

- 1+ experience in a hospital environment [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

**- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND

• American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography-Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RCDS) [Required] OR
• American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography-Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required] OR
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) [Required] OR
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required]**

Pay Range:

**$34.47 - $64.12
