AV Series – Assembler

Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Assembler to join our warehouse and fabrication team. This position is responsible for assembling custom-fabricated backdrop structures and assisting with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a heavy warehouse environment, performing physical tasks, and working with fabricated structures and materials. Experience with BEE Series products is a plus, as this background provides familiarity with similar assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom-fabricated backdrop structures and display components.

• Build a variety of structures, including:

• Nested arches

• 3D pass-through walls

• Geometric display grids

• Other custom-fabricated structures

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Follow assembly instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Perform other warehouse and assembly duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, warehouse, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• BEE Series experience is a plus.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a heavy warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active warehouse position. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the workday.
