We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Echocardiology Technician to join our Imaging Services team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic echocardiograms, educate patients on procedures, ensure high-quality imaging, and work closely with physicians to support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform echocardiogram procedures according to established standards and protocols
  • Review patient history and physician orders
  • Educate and support patients throughout the exam process
  • Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes
  • Analyze image quality and obtain optimal diagnostic studies
  • Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Document and communicate results accurately

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Echo Registry certification preferred; registry-eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of employment
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
